Steam Kabab

Ingredients

Mince:      ½ kg
Onion:      1
Ginger:      1 piece
Garlic paste:      2 tbsp
Coriander leaves:      ¼ bunch
Green chilies:      6
Black pepper:      1 tbsp (crushed)
Salt:      to taste
Oil:      3 – 4 tbsp
Green coriander leaves:      for garnish
Ginger:      for garnish



Recipy

1. In chopper put together mince, onion, ginger, garlic paste, coriander leaves, green chilies, black pepper, salt and chopperize finely.

2. Remove mixture in a bowl.
3. Now greases your hands with a little oil, make small kababs with the mixture and shallow fry with oil.

4. Then put the fried kabab in steamer.

5. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.

6. Garnish with ginger juliennes and coriander leaves.

7. Serve with chutney.
