Honey Beef Noodles

Ingredients

Beef undercut:      ½ kg
Noodles
:      1 packets
Oil
:      1 tbsp
Sesame seed
:      oil ½ tbsp
Soya sauce
:      2 tbsp
White vinegar
:      2 tbsp
Honey
:      2 tbsp
Black pepper
:      1 tsp (crushed)
Capsicum
:      2 (chopped)
Green onion
:      3 (chopped)
Sesame seeds
:      1 tbsp (roasted)




Recipy

1. Make fillets of beef undercut.

2. Boil the noodles and add in oil.

3. When the noodles are boiled.

4. Drain the water and add in sesame seed oil.

5. In the pan, add in beef, soya sauce and white vinegar. Sauté it and tenderize.

6. Add in honey and keep on moving the spoon.

7. When the honey is properly mix add in black pepper and boiled noodles, saute.

8. In the end, add in capsicum, green onion and sesame seed.

9. Beef honey noodles are ready to serve.
