Ingredients
Boneless Chicken Pieces: 500 Gm
Oil: 2 tbsp
Ground Cumin: 1 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
Green Chillies: 1-2 Each Chopped
Chopped Onion: 1
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Vinegar: 2 tsp
Curd: 1 Cup
Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
Recipy
1. Put Everything But Chicken And Batter In Blender And Blend Till Fine.
2. Marinate The Chicken Pieces With The Resulting Mixture.
3. Keep It In The Fridge For 40 Minutes.
4. Put Chicken In Batter.
5. Deep Fry It Until Its Colour Changes To Golden Brown.
6. Serve The Chicken Pakora With Coriander Or Mint Chutney Or Tomato Ketchup.
