Ingredients
Chicken 1
Turnip ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Lemons 4
Green chilies 8 (chopped)
Green coriander a bunch (chopped)
All spice powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Recipy
1. Cut turnip in small pieces.
2. Wash chicken and add in the pan and add in ginger garlic paste and some salt.
3. Cook till the water dries.
4. Now add in oil, red chili flakes, turmeric and yogurt, cook it.
5. Fry the turnip cubes in a separate fry pan and then add in the chicken.
6. Add sugar, black pepper, lemon juice, green chilies, green coriander and all spice powder and simmer.
7. When the water dries, remove it from the pan.
8. Chatpata shaljum chicken is ready to serve.
