Choclate Tuiles








Chef: Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients

1 egg white 
2 oz brown Sugar

1 tsp flour 
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Cream
1 oz Butter, melted 
1 oz flaked Almonds




Recipy

1. Mix egg white, brown sugar, flour, cocoa, cream and butter with a whisk so no lumps remain. 

2. Put a tbsp of the mixture on a baking tray and spread to form a circle, sprinkle flaked almonds on it and bake at 220°C for 4-5 minutes or till the edges start to darken. 

3. Immediately remove and lift carefully whilst hot and roll onto a rolling pin, curve slightly. 

4. When they will cool, they will resemble tuilles or tiles.
