Murgh Reshmi

Ingredients

Chicken:      1 kg (whole)
Yogurt
:      250 grams
Kachri powder
:      1 tbsp
Coriander seeds
:      1 tbsp (Chopped)
Cumin seeds
:      1 tbsp
Red chili powder
:      2 tsp
Green chilies paste
:      2 tbsp
Salt
:      1 tsp
All spice powder
:      1 tsp
Cream
:      ½ cup
Lemon juice
:      4 tbsp
Oil
:      ½ cup
Green coriander
:      1 bunch
Chaat masala
:      1 tsp



Recipy

1. Marinade chicken with yogurt, kachri Powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, green chili paste, salt, all spice powder, cream and lemon juice for 1 hour.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan and add chicken with masala.

3. Cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

4. After this cook and stir fry on high flame.

5. When water dries, turn off the flame and add green coriander.

6. In the end sprinkle chaat masala.

7. Serve well.
