Rabri Bowl (Rabri Payala)

Ingredients

Milk:      ½ liter
Sugar
:      ½ cup
Corn flour
:      1 tbsp
Yellow food color
:      1 Pinch
Kewra
:      1 tsp
Cardamom powder
:      ¼ tsp
Cream
:      1 packet
Almonds
:      25 gm
Pistachio
:      25 gm
Falooda vermicelli
:      1 cup
Ice
:      as required (chopped)
Rabri
:      1 cup
Red sharbat
:      ½ cup
Green Sharbat
:      ½ cup



Recipy

1. In a saucepan add milk and cook until boil and add sugar.

2. Also add corn flour mixed in small quantity of water and add in a saucepan.

3. When it gets thick then add yellow food color, kewra, cardamom powder, cream, almonds and pistachio.

4. Place it to cool and pour into small bowls and store in freezer to freeze for 4 hours.

5. Now in a bowl add falooda vermicelli, pour chopped ice over as required along with rabri and prepared kulfi.

6. In the end pour red and green sharbat.

7. Serve well.
