Ingredients
Fine Wheat Flour: 2 ½ cups
Milk: 1 cup
Poppy seeds: 1 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Clarified butter: 1 tbsp
Oil: for frying
Recipy
1. Wash poppy seeds and grind.
2. In a bowl mix together fine wheat flour, clarified butter, salt and knead to dough with milk.
3. Add water if it is required.
4. Make small balls, roll out and fry in hot oil till pale gold from both sides.
5. Place on a absorbent paper.
6. Khash khaash poori is ready to serve.
