Prawn Curry

Ingredients

Prawns:      ½ Kg
Lemons:      2
Onion:      2 (finely cut)
Tomatoes:      4 (finely cut)
Cumin:      1 tsp (roasted and powdered)
Red chilli powder:      1 tsp
Crushed red chillies:      1 tbsp
Ginger/Garlic paste:      1 tbsp
Coriander leaves:      1 bunch (finely cut)
Salt:      to taste
Oil:      1 cup



Recipy

1. Heat oil in a pot and fry onions for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from flame.

2. Add tomatoes and garlic/ginger and cook till water dries.

3. Add crushed red chillies, cumin and green chillies and fry.

4. Add prawns and fry for 5 minutes.

5. Add fried onions, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and keep on dum.

6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
