Onion Fritters (Onion Pakoras)






Ingredients

Gram flour:      4 Oz. 
Chilli powder:      2 Teaspoons 
Salt:      to taste 
Water:      to mix 
Onionss :     4
Oil or Ghee:      for frying 



Recipy

1. Sieve the flour, chilli powder and salt into a bowl.

2. Beat in sufficient water to make a thin batter.

3. Cut onions into rings ii-inch thick. Heat oil or ghee in a frying pan.

4.  Dip onion rings into the batter.

5. Fry quickly until crisp.

6. Drain and serve with hot tomato chutney.
