Chicken Samoosa

Ingredients

Chicken mince:      200 gm 
Finely slice onion:      1
Finely sliced green chili:      1
Nutmeq powder:      pinch 
Caster Sugar:      pinch 
Fresh Coriander:      ½ bunch 
Oil:      ½ liter 
Samoosa stripes:      12 – 15 
Garlic paste:      1 tbsp 
Paprika:      ¼ tsp 
Black pepper:      to taste 
Salt:      to taste 



Recipy

1. In a wok, add 1 tbsp oil and heat on medium flame. Now add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 200 grams minced chicken, salt n black pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp paprika or red chili powder, a pinch of nutmeg powder and a pinch of caster sugar and mix. 

2. Cook until minced chicken is tender. 

3. Remove from flame and let it cool. Now add a finely sliced onion, a finely sliced green chili and 1/2 bunch fresh coriander and mix well. 

4. Put a portion of mince mixture on the samoosa stripe and fold. 

5. Repeat the same with all samoosa stripes. In a wok, heat 1/2 liter oil and fry samoosas. 

6. Serve hot and delicious samoosas with your favorite dip.
