Chikoo Kulfi






Chef: Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients

Evaporated milk:      12 oz 
Condensed milk:      14 oz 
Cream:      2 cups 
White bread:      3 slice
Milk:      1 cup 
Sapodilla puree:      2 cups 
Vanilla essence:      1 tsp




Recipy

1. Soak bread slices in milk for a few minutes and then squeezed to remove as much liquid as possible. 

2. Blend all ingredients including soaked bread slices, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream, sapodilla puree and vanilla essence until smooth. 

3. Pour into kulfi or Popsicle molds or ice-cream cups and freeze.
