Ingredients
For Dough:
Yeast 1-1 ½ tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Flour: ½ kg
Salt: to taste
Baking powder: 1 tsp

For Chicken:
Chicken: 500 gm (boneless)
Black pepper: 1 tsp (crushed)
Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Red chili powder: 1 tsp

Oil: 2-3 tbsp

For Topping:
Butter: 2 tbsp
Pizza sauce: ½ cup
Tomato: 2 (sliced)

Capsicum: 1 (sliced)
Mushroom: ½ cup (sliced)
Mozzarella cheese: 400 gm (grated)
Green olives: ½ cup (sliced)
Oregano: 1 tsp

Recipy
1. For Dough: Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add in sugar.
2. Mix it well and keep it for 15 minutes.
3. Take flour and add in salt, baking powder and yeast.
4. Knead it properly and keep it for 3-4 hours.
5. For Chicken: In a mixing bowl take crushed black pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt mix well marinate chicken with this mixture.
6. Take oil in the pan, add in chicken and fry it.
7. Grease the pan with 2 tbsp butter.
8. Toast the pizza dough from either side in the pan.
9. Spread the sauce on the dough.
10. Put chicken mixture, tomatoes, capsicum and mushrooms on the dough.
11. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese from the top.
12. In the end, sprinkle green olives and oregano.
13. Keep the pan on a very low flame.
14. Heat the other pan and as soon as it heats up put it on the pizza pan and cover it.
15. Repeat the procedure of covering the pizza with a hot pan till the cheese settles.
16. Once the cheese is melted dish it out and serve.
