Ingredients
Beef: ½ kg
Yogurt: 1 cup
Oi: 1 cup
Onions: 2 (sliced)
Lemons juice: 2
Green chilies: 4 (sliced)
Cilantro: ½ bunch (chopped)
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp (crushed)
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Red chili: flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds: ½ tbsp (roasted and ground)
Salt: to taste
Recipy
1. Heat oil in a wok and fry sliced onions till they are golden brown.
2. Then add beef, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and cook.
3. When water dries up, add yogurt and red chili flakes and sauté.
4. Then add black pepper, cumin, green chilies, lemon juice and cilantro mix well.
5. Bhuna Gosht is ready.
6. Serve with naan or paratha.
