Ingredients
Oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic clove: 4 (minced)
Onion: 1 (chopped)
Carrot: 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage: 2 ½ cup (finely shredded)
Potato: 1 large (diced)
Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
Pasta: 1 cup
Chicken stock: 1-½ liters
Salt and pepper: to taste
Green Coriander optional
Recipy
1. Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté garlic, onion and carrot for about 5 minutes until tender.
2. Add potato and cabbage. Stir well and cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Add beans, pasta, seasonings, tomato paste and stock.
4. Mix ingredients through and simmer for about 20 minutes until the pasta is tender, adding more stock if extra liquid is needed.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with a slice of crusty bread.
