Ingredients
Beef mince: ½ kg
Chickpea: 2 tbsp (roasted)
Poppy seeds: 1 tbsp
White cumin: 1 tsp
Green cardamom: 4
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Black peppercorn: 4
Cloves: 2
Bread slices: 2
Onion: 1 (fried)
Green chili: 4
Raw papaya: 2 tbsp
Oil: as required
Lemon juice of 2 lemon
All spice powder: ½ tsp
Green coriander: 1 bunch (chopped)
Recipy
1. Grind together, chickpea, poppy seeds, white cumin, green cardamom, red chili powder, salt, black peppercorn and cloves in the grinder.
2. Add this grinded masala in mince and bread slices.
3. Chop these things in the chopper.
4. Add in onion and green chili.
5. Then add in raw papaya.
6. Mix everything and keep it for 10 minutes.
7. Make small kebabs and shallow fry it in the pan.
8. Put all the fried kebabs in the pan.
9. Then add in lemon juice, all spice powder and green coriander.
10. Cook it for 5 minutes then serve.
