Urad Dal Wada

Ingredients

Urad Dal:      1 Cup 
Handful Of Curry Leaves Chopped
Onion Sliced:       1
Grated Ginger:      1 tsp
Green Chillies Chopped:       2-3
Cumin Seeds:      1 tsp

Salt:      To Taste
Soda:      ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves Chopped:      1 tbsp
Oil:      For Frying.




Recipy


1.Wash And Soak Urad Dal For 5-6 Hours.
2. Grind It Properly to form a Smooth Paste (Do Not Add Too Much Water Because It Should Be A Thick Paste).
3. Blend It With Chopped Onions, Green Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Leaves, Salt And Soda.
4. Deep Fry Like Pakoras In Oil Till Golden In Colour.
5. Serve With Green Chutney.
