Lovelight Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Eggs:      2 Separated
Sugar:      1 1/2 Cups  Divided 

Cake Flour:      1 3/4 Cups 
Baking Soda:      3/4 tsp 
Butter Milk:      1 Cup 
Canola Oil:      1/3 Cup 
Semisweet Chocolate:      2 Ounces  Melted n Refridgerated 

FROSTING :
Butter, Softened
:      3 Tblsp 

Cream Cheese:      1 Packet 
Confectioner's Sugar:      4 Cups 
Milk:      3-4 tbsp 

Recipy

1. Beat Egg Whites Until Soft Peaks Form Gradually Add 1/2Cup Sugar Beat Until Stiff Peaks Form; Set Aside
In A Large Bowl, Combine Flour Baking Soda Salt n Remaining Sugar.


2. Add Oil n 1/2Cup Buttermilk, Beat 1Min.


3. Add Yolks Chocolate n Remaining Buttermilk, Beat 1Min.


4. Fold In Egg White Mixture.


5. Pour Into 2 Greased-9" Round Pans.


6. Bake At 350° For 30-35 Mins Or Until A Toothpick Insertd Near The Center Comes Out Clean.


7. Cool For 10 Mins Before Removing From Pans To Wire Racks To Cool Completely.

FROSTING :


1. For Frosting Add Cream Cheese n Butter.


2. Add Confectioner's Sugar Alternately With Milk.


3. Gradually Add CHOCOLATE n VANILLA; MIX WELL Frost CAKE Cover n CHILL.
