Ingredients
Butter: ¼ cup
sugar: ½ cup
Egg: 1
Lemon juice: ¼ tsp
Milk: ¼ cup
Salt: 1 pinch
All purpose flour: 2 cups
Baking powder: 1-½ tsp
Coconut: 2 cups shredded
Recipy
1. Place butter paper in baking tray and grease it nicely.
2. Preheat oven to 350 C.
3. Cream the butter, sugar and egg.
4. Then add lime juice, milk and salt mix them well.
5. Gradually add flour and baking powder.
6. Then add coconut in mixture.
7. Drop the mixture by spoon onto baking sheets.
8. Then bake it in oven for about 20 minutes.
9. Store in airtight jar.
