Chicken in Coconut Milk

Ingredients

Chicken Cut Into Pieces:      1kg 
Pepper Corns (Kalimirchi):      8
Coriander Roots (Dhania):      6 

Ginger (Adrak):      Thinly Sliced 
Coconut Milk:      625ml 
Green Chilli (Hari Mirch):      2 Thinly Sliced 
Limbu Peel:      1
Lime Leaves (Nimbu Ke Patte):      4 
Lime Juice (Nimbu Ka Ras):      3 tblsp 
Chopped Coriander (Dhania):      3 tblsp 
Salt (Namak):      To Taste 



Recipy

1. Beat Pepper Corns, Coriander Roots And Ginger Together.


2. Heat Pepper Corn Mixture In A Wok.


3. Stir In Chillies, Coconut Milk, Lime Peel And Leaves.


4. Heat To Simmering Point.


5. Mix The Chicken Pieces.


6. Cook Over Medium Heat Till The Chicken Is Tender And Liquid Is Reduced, It Will Take About 45 To 45 Minutes.


7. Mix Salt And Lime Juice.


8. Garnished With Coriander Leaves.


9. Serve Hot.
