Aalo Ka Halwa






Chef: Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients

Potato:      1 kg (soft boiled)
Sugar:     ½ kg
Cardamom:      5 – 6 (small)
Clove:      5 – 6
Clarified butter:      ½ kg
Silver paper:      for garnish




Recipy

1.First mash the potato and put it on a side.

2. Take a pan and heat up clarified butter and add clove and cardamom, sauté it.

3. Now add mash potato with sugar and cook it well.

4. When it turn light brown, dish it out and garnish it with silver paper.
