Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Chocolate chips:      ¼ cup
Brown sugar:      ½ cup
Roasted and crushed peanuts:      ½ cup
Powder white sugar:      ¼ cup
Egg:      1
Barley porridge:      1 cup (crushed)
Refined flour:      ¾ cup (sifted)
Vanilla essence:      ½ tsp
Baking soda:      ½ tsp
Salt:      ½ tsp
Oil:      ½ cup




Recipy

1. Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it with a spoon.

2. Take a greased ovenproof tray.

3. Place spoonfuls of the batter on the tray in the form of biscuits at a distance from each other.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.

5. Remove and cool before serving.
