Custard Cake

Ingredients

Strawberry jelly 1 packet
Banana jelly 1 packet
Dry fruits ½ cup
Plain biscuits 2 packets
Cream ½ cup
Butter 200 gm


For Custard:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Mango custard 1 cup
Cream ½ cup




Recipy

1. For Jelly: In a pan boil 1½ cup water and add strawberry jelly to mix well.

2. Then take it out and refrigerate it.

3. With same procedure make the banana jelly and refrigerate it and cut in pieces.

4. For Custard: In a cup of cool milk add custard to mix.

5. Then heat remaining milk in a pan

6. Then add sugar to dissolve.

7. Then add cream and slowly pour custard in the pan and cook till it turns thick and leave it to cool.

8. Now in a chopped add biscuits with butter to chop.

9. Then set a butter paper in a cake pan and grease it then make base from biscuit mixture in a pan.

10. Then pour the custard top with jelly pieces and dry fruits and refrigerate it.

11. Serve chilled.
