Ingredients
Mince: ½ kg
Oil: ¼ cup
Onion: ½ cup (finely chopped)
Black: cardamom 1
Clove: 4 – 5
Black pepper: 4 – 5 (whole)
Cumin: 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Red chili: ½ 1 tsp (crushed)
Yogurt: 4 tbsp
Tomatoes: 1 cup (finely chopped)
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Green chili: as required
Fresh coriander leaves: as required
Garam Masala Powder: 1 tsp
Recipy
1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, black cardamom, clove, black pepper, cumin and fry for a while.
2. Then add mince and ginger garlic paste and stir fry.
3. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, crushed red chili, coriander powder, little water, yogurt and tomatoes. Cook until mince tender.
4. Finally add green chili, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
5. Cook for few minutes and serve.
