Ingredients
Beef: ½ kg (boneless)
Salt: to taste
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Bihaari masala: 3 tbsp
Red pepper powder: 1 tsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
Lemon: 4
Yogurt: 1 cup
Oil: ½ cup
Clarified butter: 2 tbsp
Mint leaves: ½ bunch (chopped)
Green chili: 3 (crushed)
Recipy
1. In a mixing bowl crush the boneless beef a little.
2. Now add salt, ginger garlic paste, bihaari masala, red pepper powder, cumin seeds, lemon juice and yogurt in it and marinate it for half an hour.
3. Now cook it in pan containing oil on a low flame.
4. When little water is left in a pan add clarified butter in it.
5. In the end garnish it with mint leaves n green chili and serve.
