Thai Style Fried Noodles

Ingredients

For Chicken Balls:
Chicken:      250 gm (boneless)
Egg:      1
Green chilies:      4 – 5
Baking powder:      1 pinch
Spring onion:      ½ cup (crushed)
White pepper powder:      1 tsp
Bread crumbs:      2 tbsp
Salt:      to taste


For Noodles:
Noodles:      ½ packet (boiled)
Oil:      1 tsp
Carrot:      1 (slices)
Onion:      1 (slices)
Garlic cloves:      4 – 5
Green chili:      8 – 10
Green beans:      100 gm
Spring onion:      ½ cup (crushed)
Lemon juice:      1 tbsp
Chinese salt:      1/3 tsp
Oyster sauce:      2 tbsp
Vinegar:      2 tbsp
Soya sauce:      4 tbsp
Salt:      to taste
Peanuts:      ½ cup (crushed)
Coriander for garnishing
Oil:      4 tbsp



Recipy

1. Boil water in skillet with noodles and 1 tsp oil for 4 to 5 minutes.

2. Now put the noodles in cool water.

3. When the temperature of noodles get normal then strain the water, put on the oil and set aside.

For Chicken Balls:

1. In a chopper put chicken, egg, green chilies, baking powder, crushed spring onion, white pepper powder, bread crumbs and salt and chop to combine all.

2. Now make small balls, put it into the water and boil for 4 to 5 minutes.

3. Then take out from water and set aside. Chicken is ready.

For Noodles:

1. In a pan add 4 tbsp oil and fry garlic cloves with onion.

2. Then add carrot, green chilies, green beans, crushed spring onion, lemon juice, Chinese salt, oyster sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and salt, mix it and fry for 4-5 minutes.

3. Now put the chicken balls and in the end put noodles, mix it.

4. Take out in serving dish and garnished with peanuts and coriander.

5. Thai style fried noodles are ready.
