Lahori Fried Fish

Ingredients

Boneless Fish:      500 grams 
Gram flour:      1 cup
Baking Powder:      ¼ tsp 

Red chilli powder:      ½ tsp
Salt:      ½ tsp
Tara Garam masala:      ½ tsp 

Turmeric:      ¼ tsp
Tara chat masala:      2 tsp
Coriander:      1 tbsp chopped dried




Recipy

1. In a grinder, grind 1 cup gram flour, ¼ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp tara garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp tara chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped dried coriander until forms a batter. 

2. Marinate 500 grams boneless fish strips in prepared batter and deep fry in preheated oil until golden brown. 


3. Delicious Lahori Fried Fish is ready to serve.
