Ingredients
Coconut: 250 gm (desiccated)
Milk solid: 250 gm
Yellow food color: a pinch
Pink food color: a pinch
Green food color: a pinch
Cardamom powder: 2
Almond: 10
Sugar: 1 cup
Cooking oil: 1 tsp
Rose water: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Recipy
1. In a pan, put together sugar, powder cardamom, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water.
2. Cook well till sugar melts.
3. Now take it out of flame, add desiccated coconut, milk solid and mix well using hands.
4. Divide the mixture into three parts, in one part add a pinch of yellow food color.
5. In 2nd part a pinch of pink food color and in the last part add a pinch of green food color.
6. Press well and then cut into pieces using cutter or knife.
7. Cool and top with almonds
