Ingredients
For Chicken Tikka:
Chicken breast: pieces 2
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Red chili: 1 tbsp (whole)
All spice powder: ½ tsp
Black pepper powder: ½ tsp
Yellow food color: 1 pinch
Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp
Salt: to taste
Oi: l 2 tbsp
For Pizza Dough:
Yeast: 1 sachet
Yeast: 1 sachet
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Baking powder: 2 tbsp
White flour: ½ kg
Oil: 2 - 3 tbsp
For Pizza Dough Topping:
Butter: 4 tbsp
Butter: 4 tbsp
Pizza sauce: 1 cup
Capsicum: 1 (sliced)
Tomatoes: 1 (chopped)
Black olives: ½ cup (slices)
Oregano: ½ tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tbsp (crushed)
Cheddar cheese: 2 cups
Recipy
1. Make cuts across the chicken pieces with the help of a sharp knife.
2. In a mixing bowl add lemon juice, whole red chili, all spice powder, black pepper powder, yellow food color, ginger garlic paste and salt, marinate chicken well and keep for an hour.
3. Steam for 15 - 20 minutes in a steamer and then grill them for 5 - 7 minutes, tikka is ready.
4. For Dough: Warm 1 cup water, add yeast and sugar, mixed well and set aside for 15 minutes.
5. Then add salt, baking powder, yeast mixture and oil in white flour.
6. Knead to form smooth dough, cover and set aside for 3 - 4 hours
7. For Topping: Take the dough and divide into 6 - 8 equal portions.
8. Roll out each portion with the help of a rolling pin.
9. Now grease the oven try with butter and place the dough.
10. Shred the chicken tikka.
11. Spread the pizza sauce on the base of each dough and sprinkle the chicken.
12. Then add capsicum, tomato, black olives, oregano and black pepper.
13. finally add cheddar cheese and fold the dough to form a semi circle.
14. Placed the folded dough into a greased baking a tray.
15. Bake into pre-heated oven for 15 minutes on 200 C.
16. Then dish out the tikka pizza sandwiches cut into slices and serve them.
