Ingredients
Milk: 1 liter
Cream: 1 cup
Condensed milk: 1 cup
Tapioca 1 cup: (boiled)
Mix dry fruit: 1 cup
Vermicelli: ½ cup
Sugar: ½ cup
Butter: 1 tbsp
Saffron: ½ tsp
Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp
Recipy
1. Boil milk in pan, in other pan heat butter and fry crushed vermicelli.
2. Then add mix dry fruit and fry well.
3. Put the fried vermicelli and dry fruit in boiling milk, cook for 10 minutes.
4. Now add sugar and boiled tapioca.
5. Cook till sugar dissolves and then turn the flame off.
6. Lastly add cream, condensed milk, cardamom powder and saffron.
7. Mix well and serve.
