Ingredients
- For chicken mixture:
- Mince chicken: 300g
- Tikka masala: 1tbsp
- Lemon juice: 2tbsp
- Garlic paste: 1tbsp
- Red chili powder: 1tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Salt: as required
- For topping:
- Chopped capsicum: 2
- Chopped cauliflower: ½
- Mozzarella cheese: 250g
- Puff pastry strips: 15-18
- Oil: for frying
Recipy
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the minced chicken, tikka masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, red chili powder and salt.
2. Fry until the chicken is fully done.
3. Turn the flame off and allow the chicken to cool.
4. Then put it in a mixing bowl along with the cauliflower, black pepper, capsicum, mozzarella cheese and salt.
5. Mix all the ingredients well.
6. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture on to each pastry strip.
7. Roll and Seal the corners with a flour paste.
8. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the rolls.
9. The crispy pizza roll is ready to serve.
