Aalo Ki Bhujia

Ingredients

Potatoes:      boiled ½ kg
Lemon:      2
Green chilies:      2 (chopped)
Coriander leaves:      ½ bunch
Roasted cumin seeds:      1 tsp
Crushed red pepper:      1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce:      1 tbsp
Oil:      as required
Salt:      to taste



Recipy

1. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.


2. Now remove skin and cut into cubes, now heat oil in a pan.


3. Add in potato cubes and fry till golden brown in color.


4. Now remove potatoes and mix with juice of lemons, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red pepper, chili garlic sauce and salt to taste.


5. Mix well. Spread this mixture in a large frying pan.

6. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with chapatti.









Totka - To reduce sweetness in Potatoes, peel and soak in salted water for fifteen minutes.
