Akhroti Kalakand






Chef: Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients

Dry milk:      500 gm
Icing sugar:      500 gm
Cottage cheese:      500 gm
Walnut:      500 gm
Clarified butter:      1 cup
Almond:      400 gm
Oil:      for cooked



Recipy

1. Make paste of  walnut and almond.

2. Heat oil in pan and add cottage cheese, walnut and almond paste and icing sugar and cook it well.

3. When oil starts to make separate layer, add dry milk and cook.

4. Now take it out in a square mould and garnish it with walnut and cool it.

5. Now cut it and serve it.
