Fruit Crystal

Ingredients

Fruit cocktail:      1 tin
China grass:      1 packet
Water:      1 glass
Sugar:      125 gm
Vanilla essence:      few drops
Blubbery color:      few drops
Fresh cream:      1 cup



Recipy

1. In a pan put together 1 glass of water and china grass, cook for a few minutes.


2. Now add sugar and mix well, meanwhile finely chop fruit cocktail and keep aside.

3. Pour a little china grass mixture in each glass.

4. Add a little blueberry food color and few drops of vanilla essence in remaining china grass mixture.

5. Mix very well.

6. Now add a little of chopped cocktail fruit in each glass.

7. Then pour a little cream on top.

8. Lastly top with blue china grass mixture.

9. Then garnish with fresh cream and serve chilled.
