Ingredients
Orange: 1
China grass: 1 cup
Water: 3 cup
Sugar: ½ cup
Food colour: 2-3 different colours
Essence: 2 tsp (any flavour like vanilla, chocolate, apple)

Recipy
1. Cut the orange into half and scoop out the fruit and carefully scrape out the membrane, taking care not to make a hole in the skin of the oranges.
2. Keep them aside.
3. Chop the china grass sheets into small bits.
4. Take water in a pan and add the grass to it.
5. Keep stirring in medium flame until it dissolves completely.
6. Once it is totally dissolved, add the sugar to it and mix well.
7. Finally add the food colour and essence as per your choice.
8. Allow it to come to room temperature.
9. Do not let it to set in the pan; just allow the temperature to fall.
10. Now fill each of the hollow orange halves with jelly right to the top.
11. You can place them in muffin or egg trays to keep them steady.
12. Refrigerate until set and then trim the orange halves so that the skin of the oranges is level with the jelly.
13. Cut the oranges in half again with a sharp knife to get the boat shape.
14. Cut triangles and rectangles out of paper and punch them with toothpick to make the flag.
15. Secure them on the jelly boats to make sails.
