Italian Style Potato Salad

Ingredients

Potatoes:      ½ kg boiled 
Onion:      1
Tomatoes:      2

Garlic Cloves:      4
Basil leaves:       10
Black pepper:      ½ tsp crushed 

Parmesan cheese:      2 tbsp 
Coriander leaves:      2 tbsp
Vinegar:      2 tbsp 

Olive oil:      2 tbsp
Salt:      ¼ tsp




Recipy

1. Peel 1/2 kg boiled potatoes and cut into pieces, now in a bowl mix together 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 10 basil leaves, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/4 tsp salt.

2. Now add potato pieces and toss.

3. Top with 2 tbsp parmesan cheese and serve.
