Mango Icecream






Chef: Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients

Mango pulp:      1 1/2 to 2 kg
Condenced milk:      2 tins
Fresh Cream:      2 pkts
Milk powder:      2 cups, add a little water to make thick milk



Recipy

1. Put all ingredients in a food processorand blend throughly.

2. Pour in a freezer container, cover and freeze for 24 hours.









Totka - In hot weather drink a half cup of milk after eating mangoes to prevent heat rash.
