Strawberry Milk shake






Ingredients

Chilled toned Milk:      2 glasses 
Vanilla Ice-Cream:      1 scoop 
Fresh ripe strawberries:      8 to 10 
Sugar:      3 tbsp (adjust according to taste)




Recipy

1. Pluck the greens out from the strawberries and slice the fruit. 


2. Put the slices in the blender with the sugar and blend smooth. 


3. Add 1/4th of the milk and blend again. 


4. Then add the rest of the milk and ice-cream, and give the whole one final spin. 


5. Serve immediately in glasses. 


6. If you add all the milk before the strawberries are fully blended, you’ll get larger fruit chunks in the milkshake.

7. I like it blended finer. 


8. Garnishing suggestion: a thin strawberry slice on the side and a dollop of ice-cream on top.
