Lebanani Kebab

Ingredients

Minced beef or mutton:      1 kg
Boiled macaroni:      1 cup
Boiled peas:      1cup
Boiled potatoes:      3
Onions:      3
Tomatoes:      3
Green chilies:      6-8
Bread crumbs:      1 packet
Ginger garlic paste:      1 tsp
Crushed black pepper:      1 tsp
Cooking oil:      for frying




Recipy

1. In a pan add mince meat, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and salt.

2. Don’t add any extra water.

3. Cook until the meat changes color and the moisture dries.

4. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, cup boiled peas and cup boiled macaroni.

5. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

6. Now chop the meat in a food processor.

7. Add crushed black pepper and shape the mince mixture into round kebabs.

8. Deep fry until golden brown.

9. To absorb the oil place the kebabs on an absorbent paper.

10. The Lebanese kebabs are ready to serve.
